Next Gen Broker/Trainee:
Joining RESOURCE’s Broker Team, as a Next Gen Broker, allows you to work directly with Senior Brokers as part of a locally owned, collaborative, and supportive commercial real estate company. A Next Gen Broker fulfills client needs by performing tasks including, but not limited to; efficiently assisting with property searches, coordinating transactions, marketing properties, and collaborating with fellow professionals in the real estate business. A Next Gen Broker will possess working knowledge of the local commercial real estate industry and market, as well as providing customer and personal services such as meeting quality standards, assessing customer needs, and evaluating client satisfaction. RESOURCE provides extensive training and mentorship to help Next Gen Brokers build a foundation to become successful in the industry if you are bright, fast, hard-working and a team player.
Qualifications:
- Indiana Real Estate Broker License

Commercial Real Estate Broker:
A RESOURCE Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker is a teammate at a highly productive, fun, collaborative and supportive locally owned commercial real estate company. They possess extensive knowledge and background in the real estate industry and local market. They advise on property values, sales, marketing, legal guidelines, financial analysis, transaction coordination, and contract negotiation. RESOURCE Brokers will meet quality standards by providing professional services through assessing customer needs and evaluating client satisfaction. They continuously develop their business through active marketing, networking, keeping up with industry trends, and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Indiana Real Estate Broker License
- 3+ Years of Experience
